FOUR SHOWS. HUNDREDS OF ARTISTS. THOUSANDS OF GUESTS.

FEBRUARY 2024 — ARISTOCRATIX

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES • 8 SHOWS OVER 3 WEEKENDS • 21+ ONLY

Rebranded as Aristocratix, the 2024 show brought Nude Art LA back in a bold new format: intimate 100-ticket sessions across three February weekends in Downtown LA. A partnership with “Happening in DTLA” — an organization revitalizing downtown through art events — gave us the perfect home for the return.

New features included an interactive photo booth where guests could sign up as photographer or nude model for a 60-second art creation session, QR codes on every art piece for instant purchases, and (Un)Dress Rehearsal evenings — our cleverly named nudist-only nights where the audience disrobed while staff stayed clothed. World-class body painters Pashur and Roustan returned, alongside shibari performance artists Simon & Ten, aerialists, figure models, and over 50 artists, models, and performers. A portion of every art sale went to Giselle’s Legacy, an animal rescue charity.

SPRING 2019 — COOPER DESIGN SPACE

MARCH 29 & 30, 2019 • 16,000 SQ FT PENTHOUSE • LOS ANGELES

Our most ambitious production. After Art Share LA proved the concept could scale, we booked a stunning 16,000 sq ft penthouse at the Cooper Design Space for a two-night spectacular. The vision was massive: a nude fashion show, live body painting, shibari, aerialists, and dozens of artists from around the world — all in one of Downtown LA’s most iconic venues.

The scale of the production was unlike anything we’d done before. A dedicated performance stage with professional lighting, curated art installations throughout the space, and an incredible roster of talent including body paint model Kiki Brook, figure models, and performers who flew in from across the country. Two nights of pure spectacle — the kind of event people still talk about years later.

FALL 2018 — ART SHARE LA

SEPTEMBER 8, 2018 • ~1,800 ATTENDEES • ONE UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT

The night that put Nude Art LA on the map. Around 75 international artists, nearly 1,800 attendees, and a line that wrapped around the building. Art Share LA had never reached capacity before — we were the first.

The energy was electric from the moment the doors opened. Body painting, live figure drawing, curated art from around the world, and performances that had the crowd mesmerized. Naked News covered the event live, and the buzz spread far beyond LA. A single packed night in a mid-sized space — it was pure magic, and it proved that this community was something truly special.

SPRING 2018 — THE SUGAR SHACK

MARCH 3, 2018 • WHERE IT ALL BEGAN • LOS ANGELES

It started with a simple question: what if you could throw an art show where the human body was celebrated, not hidden? An evening at The Sugar Shack, an artists’ collective in LA, brought that vision to life for the first time. Grassroots and intimate — built on passion and community.

Live figure drawing, body painting, curated nude art on the walls, and a crowd that immediately understood what this was about. Sara Podwol was there doing figure modeling — she’d go on to be part of every single show. The energy was intimate, raw, and real. People showed up, they connected with the art and each other, and the seeds of everything Nude Art LA would become were planted that night.

“What Nude Art LA accomplished… isn’t simply an opportunity for artists to share and sell their work. It creates a place where one’s thoughts and insecurities could be forgotten, and in place, sets a reminder that the human naked form is a natural work of art.”
