Legal Agreement — Artist Submission

By submitting your work for consideration, you understand and agree to the following:

1. Acceptance of works into the show includes complimentary admission the night of the event.
2. All works must be for sale and relate to the nude theme. Abstract, conceptual, or stylized representations are permitted.
3. Works depicting arousal or graphic sexual genitalia will generally not be accepted.
4. Submission and acceptance constitutes a binding commitment by both parties. The artist agrees to deliver all accepted works to the designated venue by the specified load-in deadline and to be present (or arrange an authorized representative) for both load-in and load-out.
5. Failure to deliver accepted works or attend the event without prior written notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows forfeit their exhibition space, may be excluded from future Nude Art LA events, and may be held responsible for any costs incurred by the vacancy.
6. Accepted works will remain in Nude Art LA's possession during the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. All sales during the event will be conducted exclusively by Nude Art LA. A commission on sales applies and will be communicated upon acceptance.
8. Artists are responsible for producing, transporting, and insuring their works. Nude Art LA bears no responsibility for loss or damage.
9. Artists are responsible for retrieving all unsold works at the conclusion of the event during the designated load-out window. Works not retrieved and for which no prior written arrangements have been made will be considered abandoned property after 14 days and may be disposed of or donated at Nude Art LA's discretion.
10. All accepted works must be GALLERY READY: hanging pieces require a horizontal wire on the back; sculptures must be on an artist-provided pedestal and be sturdy and safe.
11. You grant Nude Art LA a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use images of accepted artwork for promotion of this and future events. You retain all copyrights.
12. Decisions by the curating body are final.
